The vision of the Medical Virologists of Serbia (MEDVIS) is to unify the efforts of various medical branches across our country and region to improve human health by developing and applying the latest knowledge in medical virology. We aspire to be a leading professional and scientific community that connects laboratory diagnostics, clinical practice, public health, and translational research, while contributing to the development of high standards of everyday medical practice. One of MEDVIS’s priorities is a multidisciplinary approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and control of viral infections in Serbia and beyond.
